Statoric resistors Get an estimate
	Standard : - power from 0 to 600kW - Start-up time : 6, 8, 12, 15 et 30 secondes - 2 consecutive starts or 10 starts/hour - Direct start-up - Start-up with resistor Individual calculations for specail specifications to be specified. Contractors can be integrated
Rotoric resistors Get an estimate
	Individual calculations using the following data to be specified : - Power (kW) - Rotor voltage - Rotor current - Number of start-up steps - Peak at the first steps - Start-up time or inertia of the machine being driven and speed - High duty service : - Number and duration of starts/hour - Contractors can be integrated
Choice criteria
- High start-up and braking frequency. - Long start-up or braking duration. - Harsh industrial environment, e.i. : H2S, high temperatures... - No limit of power or voltage. - Speed control, start-up, braking, electro-carriers. - A.C. generator inductors discharge, electro-carriers. - We can replace all units of the following brands : La Mécano Française, SEIEM, GEC France, FILTREX, TOLREX.
Braking resistors Get an estimate
Dissipation of energy generated by asynchronous squirrel cage motors which are controlled by speed variable drives.
Control cabinets
Fabrication of short-circuiting cabinets associated to the starting resistors. The control box allows the successive short-circuiting of resistors steps with power contractors, the working order is given by the line contactor of the customer (startor). Additional services can be supplied on request.
Electrolytic starters Get an estimate
- Electrolytic starter always running in liquid phase / gradual and continuous resistance variation (this smoothness eliminates electrical peaks and mechanical shocks). - Slip-ring motors : range from 0 up to 4000kW (higher ratings on request) - Squirrel-cage motors : range from 0 to 400kW (star coupling)
